Access AI-powered content assistance

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you connect your social media accounts to Tareno:

You grant us permission to access and manage your connected accounts on your behalf
You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and publish your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to post content that:

Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
Is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
Violates the terms of service of connected social media platforms

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

Tareno offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all renewal fees.

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
